Services

PC Ninja provides computer repair, IT support, data recovery, virus/malware removal, hardware upgrades, and other technology services. All services are subject to our initial assessment and our technicians' professional judgment. We will provide an estimate of cost and time when possible, but actual time and cost may vary based on the device's condition.

Estimates and Authorization

We provide free or paid diagnostic/estimates depending on the service. Repairs will not begin without your explicit authorization. You may cancel any service before work begins, but diagnostic fees may still apply.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept cash, checks, major credit cards, and approved electronic payments. A deposit or full prepayment may be required for certain services (such as data recovery or custom builds) and for the purchase of hardware or software.

Warranty

Labor / Workmanship: We provide a 7-day warranty on labor performed by PC Ninja. This warranty covers only the specific repair completed and does not cover unrelated issues or new problems that arise later.
Parts / Hardware: New parts and hardware carry only the manufacturer's warranty. We do not provide additional warranties on used or refurbished parts unless otherwise specified in writing.
Data Recovery: Data recovery services carry no guarantee of successful or complete recovery. Fees are based on work performed, not on results.

Any warranty is void if the device is tampered with, misused, opened by unauthorized persons, or damaged after service by anyone other than PC Ninja.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PC Ninja is not liable for any data loss, hardware failure, loss of profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You are strongly encouraged to maintain current, complete backups of all important data before bringing any device to us or authorizing any service. We are not responsible for any pre-existing conditions or issues that become apparent during repair.

Customer Responsibilities

You represent that you have the legal authority to authorize repairs on the device and that the device does not contain any illegal or infringing material. You agree to back up your data prior to service.

Abandoned Property

If you fail to pick up your device and pay any outstanding balance within 30 days after notification that repairs are complete, we may treat the device as abandoned and dispose of it in accordance with Pennsylvania law. Storage fees may apply after the initial notification period.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Berks County, Pennsylvania.
